Sweet Vermicelli with custard rabri

Ingredients:

For Vermicelli:
  • Roasted Vermicelli - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 2 cup
For Custard Rabri:
  • Milk - 1/2 ltr
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Custard Powder - 2 tbsp
For Garnish: 
  • Bread Piece - 2
  • Dry fruits

Method:

For Vermicelli

Crunchy Rajma Chawal Veg Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • Brown Bread Slice - 4
  • Paneer - 2 thin slice
  • Onion - 1 medium , cut into rings
  • Tomato - 1 medium , cut into rings
  • Cabbage - 1/4 cup, chopped


For Tikki:

  • Boiled Rajma - 1/2 cup 
  • Boiled Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes - 2 medium, Boiled 
  • Onion-  1 medium, finely chopped

Ingredients:

For Shahi Paneer:
  • 250 Gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 3-4 Medium Tomato
  • 2 Medium Onion  
  • 1 to 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 2 table spoon Oil 0r butter
  • 1/2 table spoon Cumin seed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Degi Mirch
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1/2 bowl Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Coriander
