Raw Mango Drink
Ingredients
- 6 medium sized Green Mango
- 33/4th cup Water
- 1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed (Jeera)
- 1/2 tsp Red chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tblsp Sugar
- 3 tblsp chopped Mint Leaves
- 12 crushed Ice-cubes
Method
- Place the mangoes with water to cover in a sauce-pan and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain off the water and then peel the mango with a spoon.
- Place the pulp in a deep bowl.
- Add water, sugar, salt, chili and cumin.
- Whisk thoroughly.
- Stir in the mint and whisk again.
- Transfer it to a jug.
- Serve chilled with crushed ice.
Ingredients:
- Watermelon pieces deseeded – 2 cups
- Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp (Optional)
- Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ice Cubes – 3-4
- In a mixer Jar, add peeled Watermelon pieces, Powdered Sugar, Pepper Powder and Salt.
- Grind all the above ingredients until you see a nicely blended liquid.
- Transfer to a glass and top with Ice cubes. Serve Watermelon Juice chilled.
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1-1/2 glass Cold Milk
- 3 scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream
- 5 Almonds (crushed)
- 5 Cashew nuts(crushed)
- Sugar as per taste
- Blend the milk, banana, ice-cream and sugar in a mixie until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a piece of banana.
- Banana Shake is ready to serve.
