 Raw Mango Drink
Ingredients 

  • 6 medium sized Green Mango
  • 33/4th cup Water 
  • 1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed (Jeera) 
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tblsp Sugar
  • 3 tblsp chopped Mint Leaves
  • 12 crushed Ice-cubes


Method 
  1. Place the mangoes with water to cover in a sauce-pan and bring to boil.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain off the water and then peel the mango with a spoon.
  4. Place the pulp in a deep bowl.
  5. Add water, sugar, salt, chili and cumin.
  6. Whisk thoroughly.
  7. Stir in the mint and whisk again.
  8. Transfer it to a jug.
  9. Serve chilled with crushed ice.

Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:
  • Watermelon pieces deseeded – 2 cups
  • Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp (Optional)
  • Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice Cubes – 3-4
Methods:
  1. In a mixer Jar, add peeled Watermelon pieces, Powdered Sugar, Pepper Powder and Salt.
  2. Grind all the above ingredients until you see a nicely blended liquid.
  3. Transfer to a glass and top with Ice cubes. Serve Watermelon Juice chilled.

Banana Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1-1/2 glass Cold Milk
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream
  • 5 Almonds (crushed)
  • 5 Cashew nuts(crushed)
  • Sugar as per taste
Method:

  1. Blend the milk, banana, ice-cream and sugar in a mixie until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a piece of banana.
  3. Banana Shake is ready to serve.
