Chilli Garlic Potato






Ingredients
  • Potato - 4 Medium boiled (cut in cubes) 
  • Garlic (Lehsun) flakes - 8-10 (finely chopped)
  • Onion - 1 Medium (finely chopped)
  • Dry red chilli (sukhi lal mirch) - 3
  • Lemon - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee/Oil - 1 tbsp 
  • Cornflour - 1 tbsp 
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp 

  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

For Garnish
  • Coriander Leaves ( finely chopped)
  • Sesame seeds
Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan or a wok, add dry red chilli and saute for few seconds.
  2. Now add garlic and saute till golden brown.
  3. Then add onions and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce. Mix well.
  5. Combine the cornflour and water as required in a bowl and mix well.
  6. Add the cornflour mixture and mix on medium flame. Add some water if the material is thick. 
  7. Add the boiled potato, toss gently and cook on a high flame for 1 minute.
  8. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
