- Potato - 4 Medium boiled (cut in cubes)
- Garlic (Lehsun) flakes - 8-10 (finely chopped)
- Onion - 1 Medium (finely chopped)
- Dry red chilli (sukhi lal mirch) - 3
- Lemon - 1 tbsp
- Ghee/Oil - 1 tbsp
- Cornflour - 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
For Garnish
- Coriander Leaves ( finely chopped)
- Sesame seeds
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan or a wok, add dry red chilli and saute for few seconds.
- Now add garlic and saute till golden brown.
- Then add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce. Mix well.
- Combine the cornflour and water as required in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the cornflour mixture and mix on medium flame. Add some water if the material is thick.
- Add the boiled potato, toss gently and cook on a high flame for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
